Biamp Systems Introduces Paid Professional Services Pilot Program

BEAVERTON, Oregon — Biamp Systems, a leading provider of innovative, networked media systems, is proud to announce a new suite of paid professional services rolling out in as a pilot program in a select group of U.S. states.

Biamp applications engineers will now be traveling to installation sites utilizing Biamp audio equipment to assist customers with the commissioning and troubleshooting of their audio system. This service is currently available in Oregon, Texas, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, and North Carolina. Future expansions of the program into additional locations will be rolled out over the next 12-18 months.

This new suite of services will take Biamp's telephone and email support to the next level by providing on-site expertise tailored to meet the needs of each customer. Biamp is known for working closely with integrator partners in a complementary fashion, which in turn provides integrators with face-to-face resources to ensure the system is operating at the highest level right from the start.

The services consist of:

  • Tuning/adjusting Biamp equipment
  • Evaluating, recommending, and assisting with changes to the DSP design file
  • Troubleshooting aspects of Biamp equipment and evaluating system performance
  • Evaluating the performance and interaction of ancillary equipment that interfaces with Biamp equipment, such as third party remote control systems
  • Evaluating any network infrastructure that interfaces with Biamp equipment
