BEAVERTON, Oregon — Biamp Systems, a leading provider of innovative, networked media systems, is excited to welcome Marco Hendel, as the company's newest European Application Engineer based in Germany.
In this role, Hendel will report to Martin Bonsoir, Biamp's European Applications Engineering Manager, and is responsible for assisting with technical support tasks including system design assistance, troubleshooting system issues and providing customer training.
"Marco has spent many years learning about all of Biamp's DSP products and becoming certified in our Audia® and Vocia® Training Courses," said Martin Bonsoir, European Applications Engineering Manager, Biamp Systems. "One of the most important things to us at Biamp, is that our employees are driven to succeed, learn more and continue to improve. Marco does that just for fun! We're very excited to have him joining us."
Previously to working at Biamp, Hendel worked for Beyerdynamic as the Project Manager for Voice-Evacuation Systems, where some of his responsibilities included technical sales, the engineering of extensive audio networks, and on-site customer support. Prior to that he worked as a technical support engineer for Radio Point of Sale, with a consistent territory in Southwest Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg.
"At Beyerdynamic I was responsible for all tasks related to Biamp Vocia products and training," said Hendel. "From my work with them I was able to gain extensive experience with Biamp DSP products. This knowledge gives me the ability to start my new position at Biamp instantly without a long training period. Working with such high quality products is a big motivator for me."
