The ERSA Operator will be responsible for the proper operation of ERSA Versaflow 50/60 and Versaflow 3 selective soldering machines.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate ERSA selective soldering machines
• Conduct preventive maintenance based on assigned schedule
• Remove dross from solder pot three times a week and refill flux tank
• Observe soldering nozzles throughout the shift and clean as needed
• Inspect PCB after soldering operation and take appropriate action when needed
• Track activities of multiple PCBs in process through ERSA machine

• Participate in lean manufacturing activities
• Gather machine time for SOE audit
