Return Request

Products shipped from Biamp in the last six months are eligible for return for credit less a 15% restocking fee.

Please complete the form provided as completely as possible. Upon receiving your request, we will promptly email you an authorization number, along with comprehensive instructions on sending your product back to the appropriate address for the return.

We can only process returns for items that show no signs of wear and tear, and they must be returned with all the original contents and packaging (clean of markings and labels). Biamp will assess the eligibility for credit upon inspection of the returned goods. Please note that an additional restocking fee might apply.

*Please Note: Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 90 days from issuance. Returns not received by Biamp within that period will need a new authorization.
