Masking can solve lots of acoustical challenges and knowing what issues you or your client are experiencing, will guide where and what kind of masking devices are recommended.

Which areas require sound masking coverage? For example: Remember, sound masking should be placed above the unintended listener, not above the speaker

Let us know the specific areas that have already been identified as needing sound masking, or those that should specifically be left without masking.

Design challenges? For example: "Open ceiling with steel supports 12 feet apart", "The entire plenum is painted red and requires colored emitters", etc.

Let us know about any specific areas to avoid or that require special attention due to difficult, expensive, or unique features in the ceiling architecture.

If there is any uncertainty, you will be contacted by a CSM design engineer which may result in delayed turnaround time.

- Reflected ceiling plans are best for a Full System Design and Quote.

- Floor or Furniture plans with verified ceiling information are acceptable.

- CAD drawings are preferred, but High-Quality vectored PDFs are acceptable.

- Including site photos, videos, coverage-area markups, and other materials can also help us to create the most accurate design & quote for you.

- Please note that low quality plans and files such as JPEG, BMP, PNG or similar may limit us to a budgetary estimate only.

- The better the info is that you give us, the better a design we can prepare for you.
