Parlé VBC 2800 and Vidi 280: Every Face in Focus with People Gallery Tiles

For today’s hybrid workplaces, the right video conferencing solutions are essential to ensure everyone can collaborate on equal terms. The new Parlé VBC 2800 conferencing bar and Vidi 280 conferencing camera set a new standard for meeting equity with the breakthrough People Gallery Tiles feature. By automatically detecting and framing each in-room participant as an individual video tile, remote attendees see every face clearly—as if everyone joined from their own device.

People Gallery Tiles: a breakthrough in meeting equity

Unlike traditional video conferencing systems that capture a single wide room shot, AI-powered video intelligence is used to isolate and frame each participant. This delivers a dramatically more inclusive experience for hybrid teams, where no one gets lost in the crowd.

Real-world applications

• Boardrooms and conference tables: Every participant receives their own tile, making executive meetings more personable.

• Flexible meeting spaces: Adaptable to various layouts, the Parlé VBC 2800 and Vidi 280 ensure professional collaboration in any scenario.

• A simple USB-C connection makes it easy to pair the Vidi 280 with UC compute systems and BYOM hubs.

Parlé VBC 2800

The Parlé VBC 2800 isn’t just a video bar—it’s a complete conferencing solution. With a dual 50 MP + 8 MP ePTZ camera system, it ensures every participant is always perfectly in view, whether seated at the table or presenting from the front of the room. With a 120° field of view, up to 16x digital zoom, and intelligent switching that adapts to meeting dynamics, the VBC 2800 consistently captures meetings with clarity and precision.

Equally impressive is its integrated audio. A 27-microphone array with Beamtracking technology actively follows voices throughout the room, while advanced echo cancellation and noise reduction deliver crystal-clear sound. The built-in speaker is tuned for natural, balanced audio playback, ensuring both local and remote participants enjoy a seamless experience. Practical touches such as an LED activity/privacy indicator and multiple mounting options make deployment simple across a wide range of conferencing spaces.

Vidi 280

The Vidi 280 isn’t just intelligent, it’s powerful. It features the same dual 50 MP + 8 MP ePTZ camera system as the VBC 2800 and captures both wide-angle and telephoto perspectives. The 50 MP lens delivers an 86° field of view to ensure participants seated farther away remain sharp, while the 8 MP wide-angle lens covers the front of the room with a 120° view. With up to 16x digital zoom and AI auto framing that switches seamlessly between cameras, the Vidi 280 consistently delivers the best shot during your meetings.

With its five-element microphone array, the Vidi 280 also supports reliable audio conferencing, ensuring that participants sound as clear as they look. Other practical features include an LED activity/privacy indicator and versatile mounting options, making deployment quick and straightforward across different room types.

Redefining video conferencing solutions

With the People Gallery Tiles feature at their core, the Parlé VBC 2800 and Vidi 280 bridge the gap between in-room and remote participants, redefining what modern conferencing systems can achieve. By combining ultra-clear imaging, intelligent auto framing, and integrated audio conferencing, it empowers organizations to create more natural, inclusive, and productive hybrid meetings.
