Use Conference Room Designer to easily lay out the floorplan of your conference room with your dimensions, from room size and ceiling height, right down to the size and shapes of table and chairs. Next, add information about the room’s acoustics. MAX Connect firmware version 1.0.4 is now available and adds support for Touch 8 MAX. Take collaboration to the MAX by adding the Touch 8 MAX control panel to any MAX Connect room.

The Touch 8 MAX is an 8-inch, PoE-powered touch panel accessory, designed specifically for the MAX Connect BYOM room solution. Using the touch panel, meeting participants can control room peripherals, as well as choose which content to display. Participants can also annotate on shared content and use the digital whiteboard — directly from the touch panel. PIR sensors conveniently turn the touch panel screen on automatically when a user approaches.
