Enhanced Workplace Platform

• Scheduled Device Events: Automate device commands and maintenance tasks by scheduling events based on a future date and time. Create recurring events to enable efficient system maintenance outside of office hours, ensuring optimal performance without disrupting daily operations.
• Partially Available Resources: The Workplace Booking App now displays meeting rooms and spaces that are available for part of your filtered time slot. This enhancement increases your booking options and maximizes resource visibility, helping you find the perfect space even during busy periods.
• System Optimization: Performance improvements and bug fixes to ensure a smoother, more reliable user experience across the platform.

Improved Evoko Naso Room Manager

• Calendar View: Access daily room schedules directly on Naso devices with intuitive multi-day planning capabilities, making it easier to find and book available meeting times.
• Streamlined RFID Registration: Users can now register ID cards directly through the Evoko Naso interface with PIN code support, simplifying the setup process and improving user adoption.

Biamp Case Study: Perth Hotel

A new hotel in central Perth needed a high-performance paging and background music (BGM) solution across its expansive multi-level hospitality spaces. The venue includes two floors of restaurants, foyer areas, an upstairs bar with multiple entertainment zones, and a DJ station with audio input — all demanding precise control and seamless audio distribution.

Originally scoped with a traditional fixed I/O DSP system, the initial design began to show its limitations as the scale and complexity of the venue became clearer. “When we looked at the project, it screamed at us that this was perfect for Biamp Vocia,” says Andrew Anderson-King, Sales Director at Integrate Perth. “We needed multiple paging zones, flexible BGM distribution, and simple control for end users. Vocia ticked every box.”

Biamp is offering two complementary webinars this August focused on the newly introduced 4800W models in their Voltera D and D M amplified loudspeaker controller series, showcasing how different software platforms can optimize your audio system design:

August 13th covers Tesira software integration, focusing on comprehensive system design with IO-expanders, TEC-X controllers, and paging stations.

August 19th explores VenueTune software, emphasizing streamlined tuning workflows and performance logging.
