The latest Biamp Workplace release is now available,
bringing a more intuitive interface, smarter onboarding tools, and deeper visibility
across spaces, devices, and data.
This release is designed to make Biamp Workplace more
powerful and easier to manage at scale. A redesigned interface, new app launcher,
and global search put every capability within reach, helping teams move quickly
across the platform no matter how many tools, locations, or users they manage.
User onboarding is also faster and more efficient with
the ability to import users directly from Microsoft O365 and Google Workspace.
Organizations can now add entire teams in minutes, reducing manual entry and
eliminating duplicate workflows.
Additional updates give IT, AV, and facilities teams
greater insight and control across the workplace. Updated overview screens and an
improved insights page make it easier to understand how spaces are performing and
identify opportunities to optimize. New booking location privacy settings give
organizations more control over how space availability is displayed, supporting
environments where discretion, policy, or compliance matters.
The release also introduces Workplace Files, a
centralized location for platform-generated files, including design outputs,
reports, and other documents created throughout the room lifecycle. By keeping these
files in one place, teams can maintain continuity from planning and deployment
through ongoing management.
Together, these enhancements make Biamp Workplace easier
to navigate, faster to deploy, and more effective for managing modern spaces at
scale. Explore the latest Workplace updates here.
