Biamp Brings Certified and Easily Deployed Pro AV Audio to Google Hangouts Meet Hardware
AMSTERDAM — Biamp announces at ISE 2019 (Stand 3-B120) that its award-winning Tesira® conferencing solutions are now certified for use with Hangouts Meet hardware, bringing Biamp’s legendary audio quality to medium and large conference rooms using this popular unified communications (UC) platform. In addition, Biamp introduced an easy-to-use deployment tool that makes configuring a Biamp system for use with Hangouts Meet hardware a fast, simple, and reliable process.
Biamp’s digital signal processing (DSP) is certified to work easily and ensure its Hangouts Meet hardware solutions will provide the high-quality conferencing experience users demand. Biamp’s certified solutions support all required Hangouts Meet functionality and automatically offload tasks such as automatic echo cancellation (AEC) processing to Biamp’s Tesira processor, which is optimized to handle challenging audio conditions in larger rooms. Additionally, Tesira supports automatic mute synchronization, which ensures the room’s microphone LEDs and control panels accurately reflect the mute status of meeting participants.
“IT and AV technology managers now have the ability to bring Biamp’s industry-leading audio to rooms outfitted with Hangouts Meet hardware solutions,” said Joe Andrulis, executive vice president of corporate development at Biamp. “The importance of the deployment tool we’ve provided cannot be overemphasized. Since professional-grade audio systems, like Tesira, are so powerful and configurable, they can be more challenging to install properly. With our free deployment tool, this is no longer a concern. We have reduced the entire setup process to answering just four questions, and the tool takes care of the rest, ensuring accurate, dependable system setup in minutes. Every room should provide the best possible conferencing experience for users, and now enterprises who select Google Cloud’s UC solutions have access to Tesira’s superior audio quality.”
Biamp is the first manufacturer to include a unique deployment tool, which saves IT and AV technology teams valuable time by automating the setup process for Tesira conferencing systems. Biamp’s certified products include TesiraFORTÉ® DSP processors.
Biamp’s combination of a termination-free solution, elegant industrial design, advanced Beamtracking technology, and integration of the entire audio signal path — from microphone to speaker — ensures Tesira conference rooms sound better, look better, and are easier to install than other systems. The addition of the powerful SageVue® management tool makes monitoring and managing deployed systems a familiar and comfortable process for technology managers.
