We’re thrilled to announce that Neets A/S, a respected independent manufacturer of AV control systems, has become the latest member of the Biamp family. Based in Horsens, Denmark, the company offers a comprehensive family of device controllers, control interfaces, and control software distinctive for its ease of use and elegant design, which will greatly enhance our current control offerings. The company also recently added several innovative devices that target conferencing applications to its product roster, including media bars, cameras, device hubs, and in-table connectivity systems.

The smallest member of our Desono EX line of surface mount loudspeakers, Desono EX-S6 is now available. A 6.5-inch, two-way surface mount loudspeaker, the EX-S6 is ideal for providing discrete, distributed sound in applications requiring exceptional audio clarity with a small footprint. As with the other EX models, the EX-S6 installs quickly and easily with two flexible mount options, the ClickMount™ Pan-Tilt Bracket or the indexing ClickMount U-Bracket, which allow mounting in virtually any location or orientation.

As the world gradually reopens, we’re beyond excited to once again present our solutions in-person at conferences and events around the globe. We recently participated in our first live trade show since February 2020, at ISE 2021 held June 23-24 in London. It was a welcome first step toward normalcy.

In the second half of 2021, Biamp will be attending ISC West, BICSI, Enterprise Connect, InfoComm, and IFMA. We’re also excited to host a live listening event showcasing our Community loudspeakers near our factory in Chester, Pennsylvania later this month.

We are beyond excited to announce that as of July 6th, Biamp world headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon is completely reopened for business. While our team members rose to the occasion time and again over the last 16 months, gathering everyone together under the same roof once more is a momentous achievement and a concrete demonstration of their dedication to providing customers with the best solutions and service in the AV industry.

Devio SCR is now certified for Microsoft Teams! All SCR models provide the expected mute sync and AEC handoff capability required for certification, while a forthcoming firmware update will make the minor changes to DSP settings required to pass certification.

Devio SCX has received a Top New Technology Award from Commercial Integrator. The award recognizes new and outstanding products, solutions, and services in the commercial AV industry. Criteria for winning include innovation, functionality, competitive advantages, and benefits to the installer.

In addition, TesiraFORTE X received top honors as Best Audio Distribution System from Commercial Integrator’s BEST Award. Scoring categories include product design and technological innovation, functional features of the product, and the benefit each product provides to commercial integrators.
