Biamp’s free online tool allows you to design custom layouts of Conference Rooms, including selection and placement of cameras, microphones and speakers to achieve optimum performance.

The tool provides real-time feedback as you perform “what if” configurations. Every aspect of your conference room is fully customizable, including the H x W x L, ceiling type and conference table shape/size. There are options to choose the room’s acoustic quality, and whether you prefer to have the mics and speakers provide focused, or full-room coverage.

Once you are satisfied with the design, you can save the layout for future reference, and/or output a detailed report showing the design, the acoustic and video performance and also a Bill of Materials required.
