As further testament to their proven excellence, the all-in-one Parlé VBC 2500 video conferencing bar and Vidi 250 video camera recently earned coveted industry certifications.

The VBC 2500 received industry certifications from two conferencing solutions leaders: Barco and Mersive.

Not to be outdone, the Vidi 250 is now certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms. These important certifications mean Barco ClickShare, Mersive Solstice, and Microsoft Teams customers can now augment their conferencing environments with exceptional audiovisual experiences in small-to-medium sized meeting spaces.

Biamp has released a set of tools that make it easy to add room control to Zoom Rooms for a seamless user experience. Now a single control interface can provide both Zoom calls, as well as Biamp-powered room controls enabled by either the Impera Tango or Impera Uniform controllers.

Biamp has published everything needed to enable “Room Controls” powered by Impera. Included is a  step-by-step guide  together with sample Project Designer and Zoom Room Controls profile files that possess all the necessary features for activating Impera room control.

Using one of these Project Designer files, simply build out your control project the way you normally would. Room controls are enabled via the Zoom web-based admin portal’s Room Controls Profile. The provided JSON Profile file will require light editing, explained in detail in the step-by-step guide.

In a matter of minutes, a Zoom room can be running Impera room control, operating displays, sources, level control, lights, blinds and curtains, and more.

For even greater integration flexibility when designing end-to-end voice communication systems, newly enhanced commercial horn and surface mount loudspeakers are now available worldwide thanks to the inclusion of 70 V taps.

H10

OVO3T
OVO3T is a surface mount loudspeaker that can be used for background music and paging purposes in a wide variety of applications. An easily accessible switch on the rear of the enclosure allows selection of 16 ohm or 70V/100V operation.

The Parlé VBC 2500 Conferencing Video Bar received high praise in the July 2023 issue of Systems Contractor News.

In the publication’s review, titled “Read the Room,” author Chuck Gloman, an associate professor in the TV/Film department at DeSales University, noted the bar’s many advanced, built-in features and stated, “Small or medium-sized rooms never looked or sounded so good before the Parlé 2500 conferencing bar.”
