It’s been a busy few weeks for Biamp offices new and old around the globe. Here are a few recent event highlights.

  • Biamp President, CEO and Co-Chairman Rashid Skaf attended a ribbon cutting ceremony for the grand opening of the company’s new office in Brighton, England. Office staff then kicked-off the location’s first technical training session, “Tesira: Practical Principles.”
  • Also attended by Rashid Skaf was the Biamp Benelux sales event, which was hosted by our office in Schoten, Belgium, and drew numerous sales and engineering team members from throughout the region.
  • Additional Tesira training sessions were hosted by our partners Sidev, headquartered in France, and Germany-based prodyTel.

Extraordinary New Products Now Shipping!
Biamp recently announced the availability of the following brand new, extraordinary AV solutions, all of which can be experienced live at next week’s InfoComm 2023.
  • ALS versions of the Parlé all-in-one conferencing bars. The Parlé ABC 2500a and VBC 2500a feature support for Assistive Listening Systems with a 3.5 mm output connector providing mono balanced line-level audio.
  • PMA 2000-DM Display Mount. The updated display mount allows quick and easy installation of the Parlé 2500-Series conferencing bars to any monitor with an H- or X-style VESA mount.
  • Impera Connect-X MP6 multiport extender. The Connect-X MP6 bridges the local area network and conventional AV ports, letting installers use the convenience of Ethernet cabling to bring AV ports directly to devices. Weighing less than one-quarter pound (110g), the Connect-X MP6 is easily mounted using screws, double sided tape, or zip ties.
  • Voltera Series A amplifiers. Available in 300 and 600 watt, 2- or 4-channel configurations, Voltera amplifiers offer plug-and-play power and flexibility in a compact form factor. They are ideal for restaurants, hotels, bars, education, small houses of worship, corporate or other applications where sound distribution or reinforcement is needed.
  • Enhanced Commercial Horns and Surface Mount Loudspeakers. For even greater system integration flexibility when designing end-to-end Vocia voice communication systems, newly enhanced commercial horn and surface mount loudspeakers are now available worldwide thanks to the inclusion of 70V taps.

While these new products are in stock and ready to ship, standard lead times apply for new orders. Please consult with your regional sales representative for further information regarding estimated shipment timing in your area.

Safeguarding Communications Through Eavesdropping Protection
Sensitive data, strategic plans, client details, and confidential conversations are the lifeblood of any organization. When these fall into the wrong hands, the fallout can be disastrous, ranging from competitive disadvantage and reputation damage to national security breaches. That’s where eavesdropping protection solutions come into play, and not all solutions are created equal.
