BEAVERTON, Oregon — Biamp Systems, a leading provider of innovative, networked media systems today announced that Johannes Kampert has assumed the position of Regional Sales Manager for Central Europe. In his new role, Kampert will oversee all sales and operations in Central Europe. Kampert will report to Mex Exner, Regional Director for Europe and will be based near Wuerzburg, Germany.
"We have big shoes to fill in Central Europe, but after a thorough search we felt strongly that Johannes was the man for the job," said Graeme Harrison, Vice President, International Sales, Biamp Systems. "Over the next six months we have to be very diligent in helping out our distributor partners and ensure that they finish out the year strong. Johannes’ record for excellent customer service precedes him and he will play an integral role in Central Europe as our customers continue to vie for innovative projects in the region."
Previously, Kampert served as Regional Sales Manager for Crestron Germany. In this role Kampert oversaw project management and system-design training for consultants and contractors. Kampert also worked as Product Manager for beyerdynamic in Germany providing technical support and training for Biamp Audia over the course of four years.
