Ready. Green indicates a shared desk is available for more than 10 minutes. Simply book the space directly on the Kleeo device’s touchscreen for ad-hoc seating.

Waiting. Orange indicates an upcoming booking. The Kleeo features a presence sensor that automatically checks-in the desk space occupant as soon as the seat is taken.

Occupied. Red means the desk space is in use. Swipe to access detailed information and easily extend or cancel the session, or activate focus mode for a distraction-free workstation.

Do Not Disturb. Blue makes it clear that the person using the desk space wishes to remain undisturbed.
