This purpose-built scheduling display features an 8-inch capacitive multi-touch screen with a clean, intuitive interface that clearly shows room availability through color indicators visible from a distance (green for available, amber for imminent meetings, and red for occupied). The Liso works with all major booking systems, including Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, IBM Domino, and Google Workspace. Its award-winning design, robust feature set, and dedicated server application (Evoko Home) make it the perfect solution for organizations seeking an on-premises room scheduling system that's both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Evoko Liso integrates seamlessly with your existing calendar infrastructure, supporting all major booking systems including Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016/2019, Google Workspace, and IBM/Lotus Domino 8.5.3-9.x. This integration ensures that any booking made in your calendar automatically appears on the Liso display outside the meeting room. Conversely, when someone books a meeting directly on the Liso touchscreen, that booking is immediately synchronized with your calendar system.

The Evoko Home server application, which can be installed on either Windows or Ubuntu, manages this synchronization process and pushes updates to all Liso devices on your network. For organizations without an existing calendar system, Evoko Liso can also operate in stand-alone mode using Evoko Booking software, making it ideal for co-working spaces or environments with users on different domain calendar systems.

Evoko Liso includes several innovative features designed to optimize meeting room usage. The check-in function requires meeting organizers to confirm their arrival within a designated time frame, preventing "ghost meetings" where rooms sit empty despite being booked. If no one checks in, the system automatically frees up the room for others to use. For ongoing meetings, users can extend their session if the room is available afterward or end the meeting early when finished, immediately making the room available in the booking system. The Liso also allows users to report faulty room equipment directly on the device, notifying facility managers who can then mark issues as resolved once fixed. These features, combined with comprehensive analytics on room utilization patterns, help organizations maximize their meeting space resources and improve overall workplace efficiency.
Evoko Liso features an innovative dual-view interface that changes based on proximity. From a distance, the "Distant View" displays a clock interface where the watch hands show the current time, while green areas on the clock face indicate when the room is available and red areas show when it's booked. This gives employees an instant visual understanding of room availability throughout the day without having to approach the device. As users come closer, the proximity sensor activates the "Close View," which unfolds detailed information and reveals action buttons such as "Book Now," "Check-in," and options to extend or end ongoing meetings. This intuitive, context-aware interface makes the Evoko Liso exceptionally user-friendly while providing different levels of information based on user needs at that moment.
Evoko Liso offers flexible installation options to accommodate various office environments. It can be mounted on standard walls using the regular mounting kit or on glass walls with the specialized glass mounting kit. For added flexibility, tilted wall mounts for both standard and glass surfaces are available, as well as free-standing mount options that can be placed on a surface or bolted to the floor. The device supports cable routing in five different directions for clean installation and can be powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE) or a DC power supply. Once installed, all Evoko Liso devices are managed through the Evoko Home server application, which allows administrators to quickly configure settings, monitor device status, push updates instantly over the network, and address maintenance issues remotely. The system also provides extensive analytics capabilities, allowing organizations to track meeting patterns, room utilization rates, and usage trends to optimize their meeting spaces.
