Evoko Liso integrates seamlessly with your existing calendar infrastructure, supporting all major booking systems including Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016/2019, Google Workspace, and IBM/Lotus Domino 8.5.3-9.x. This integration ensures that any booking made in your calendar automatically appears on the Liso display outside the meeting room. Conversely, when someone books a meeting directly on the Liso touchscreen, that booking is immediately synchronized with your calendar system.
The Evoko Home server application, which can be installed on either Windows or Ubuntu, manages this synchronization process and pushes updates to all Liso devices on your network. For organizations without an existing calendar system, Evoko Liso can also operate in stand-alone mode using Evoko Booking software, making it ideal for co-working spaces or environments with users on different domain calendar systems.
