As part of its continued growth and expanding commitment to superior customer service, Biamp today announced the appointment of Claudio Berstein as its newest Product Application Specialist. Claudio will report to Kiley Henner, Biamp's Technical Support Manager, and joins Chris Flanagan, Michael Erwin, Kevin Jacobson, Martin Bonsoir and Antoine Rouget to provide Biamp customers with worldwide support at any hour of the day in any time zone.
"With the addition of Claudio, we continue to expand the level of support that we are capable of providing and," said Henner. "Claudio brings a great deal of experience with him, in addition to a love for audio that we knew would make him a great fit for Biamp. We welcome Claudio to the team and are looking forward to great things with him, both on our team and with our customers."
Berstein comes to Biamp from Shure Incorporated, where he worked as both an Application Engineer and, most recently, as a Product Specialist in the company's commercial audio segment. His experience includes market and technology studies for the company's International Americas Business Unit and a specialization in the company's line of DSP products. Berstein began his professional career with professional audio and lighting companies in Venezuela.
"I'm excited to work closely with Biamp's innovative DSP line and the range of projects they're specified in," said Berstein. "I am also looking forward to being a part of this hard working, close knit team. I think we all share a common goal of providing the best service possible and ensuring that Biamp customers are able to install and innovate without any limitations."
