BEAVERTON, Oregon — Biamp Systems today announced that Brent Stark has assumed the position of Southwest Regional Manager in North America. In his role as Southwest Regional Manager, Stark will be based in Phoenix, Arizona and will oversee all sales and operations in Southern CA, Southern NV, Arizona, Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico. Stark will work closely with integrators and consultants to ensure that they continue to receive the same high-quality service that they have come to expect from Biamp. He is also charged with growing our relationships with Architects and MEP firms in the region.
"Our Integrators and Consultants have expected Biamp to have a very knowledgeable resource in the form of a Regional Manager that can assist in all aspects of audio system design and implementation and Brent brings those capabilities," said Ron Camden, Vice President, North American Sales, Biamp Systems. "Brent's rich experience in both the AV and IT market make him an ideal candidate for this position, especially as continue our role of educating both the AV and IT community on the amazing AVB standard. In addition to his industry expertise, he shares our philosophy on customer service and the belief that the Biamp experience is more than just product sales. Previously, Stark served as Territory Manager for Plus6 Technologies in Phoenix. In this role, Stark worked as a Cisco Certified Premier Partner for telepresence and digital signage, working closely with Cisco Enterprise to facilitate the design and sale of large telepresence projects. Prior to that Stark was a Regional Manager for Crestron Electronics, focused on developing relationships with AV consultants and MEP/Engineering firms in Crestron's Southwest Region.
