BEAVERTON, Oregon — Biamp Systems, a leading provider of innovative networked media systems, today announced the addition of Jim Seretis to the company’s growing global sales team.
Appointed to the role of Consultant Liaison and Business Development Manager for Australia and New Zealand, Seretis will be primarily responsible for supporting regional consultants with all required information they need for successful design and implementation of Biamp® solutions within the region.
“We’re very excited that Jim is joining the team. As an expert in AV design, he fully understands the needs of consultants,” said Matthew Packer, sales development director of Asia-Pacific for Biamp Systems. “Adding Jim to our global sales team enables Biamp to continue to deliver an incredibly high standard of service to the region. Consultants will greatly benefit from this new arrangement where Jim will be focused solely on Biamp products.”
Prior to joining Biamp, Seretis was employed with Audio Products Group for 14 years, the last ten of which was spent serving as consultant liaison manager where he was the primary point of contact for all consulting companies in the region. He was also a founder of Electronic Audio Workshop. He holds an Associate Diploma in Management from TAFE Adelaide, and an Electronic Servicing Certificate from Regency Park Technical College.
“Biamp is known across the industry for their thought leadership and innovative products,” said Seretis. “The company’s solutions are reinventing the ways in which AV and IT intersect, creating unique value propositions for both small and large-scale installations. I’m looking forward to enriching the Biamp customer experience by guiding partners through their system design process and beyond.”
