Providing its customers with a new support medium and forging a closer company-integrator relationship, Biamp Systems today announced the unveiling of its new remodeled website. With specific attention given to a user friendly experience, the new website has been redesigned to incorporate a number of unique features that Biamp customers will find particularly useful and informative, as well as the latest news and product information from the company.
The newly remodeled website as been streamlined with regard to navigation options and presents a straight-forward approach to locating and retrieving reference materials and product guides, as well as helpful insight from Biamp engineers and technical support staff. The new site includes an improved password protected area that is available only to registered customers. Customers can login to this portion of the new site to receive user-specified news and information on the latest programming and installation techniques, technical white papers from Biamp's engineering staff and other useful downloads aimed at helping Biamp customers do better business. Registered users will also have access to online training modules as well as the ability to register for upcoming training sessions offered through Biamp's Learning Center.

Integrators will also find a newly revamped section that outlines best practices by different vertical markets. Each application profile will highlight how Biamp products have been used to enhance audio in a number of different settings and how integrators can work with Biamp to improve their business.
Other information that will be made available through the website includes software and firmware upgrades, product manuals, data sheets, white papers, news releases, newsletters and general company information. Customers will also be able to use the site to contact members of the technical support staff as well as members of the domestic and international sales and support teams.
