The 12th annual reader-voted Innovative Product Awards acknowledges both electronic and mechanical innovations and celebrates the designers and engineers behind each of these products. Winners were chosen by SVC readers from among submitted products.

Yealink announced an expansion of its partnership with Biamp, adding powerful new smart room solutions for meeting spaces from small to extra-large rooms. Now users can blend Yealink video solutions with Biamp audio and control systems to better meet customer requirements.

Together Yealink and Biamp deliver seamless compatibility and extraordinary audio and video experiences. Yealink can now offer total room control through its UC touch panel devices powered by Biamp Impera controllers. With this solution, Yealink delivers Zoom and Teams calls with crystal clear Biamp audio, while controlling the technology, environment and lighting via Biamp room control.

In its announcement, Yealink said: “Not only can you use an MTouch II for controlling Yealink's Microsoft Teams Rooms system, now use it with Biamp room control to manage a room's environment, including audio, video, climate or lighting." Yealink's integrated room automation solution featuring Biamp enables room control through a customized HTML5 control page accessed directly on the MTouch II touch panel. By using HTML5, this solution eliminates the need for extra downloads or installations—it's always current with the latest updates.

Now available for download, the Tesira 4.4.4 firmware release includes several bug fixes.
