BEAVERTON, Oregon — Biamp Systems, a leading provider of innovative, networked media systems, is excited to announce the newest level of service and support with the creation of Cornerstone: The Biamp technical support knowledge base.
With the launch of Cornerstone, the knowledge and expertise of Biamp's applications engineers will be available 24/7 online. As an additional support tool, customers will now be able to locate relevant information about their projects and equipment in a single, highly searchable location. Cornerstone content will include Biamp-specific information in the form of:
Information on the site will include product-specific configurations, best practices, and industry-related insights. Knowledge of concepts such as VoIP, AVB, distance conferencing, and networked audio will also be addressed at length.
"This 'supportal' is yet another way for our customers to access technical support information, any time of day or night," said Kiley Henner, Biamp's Education and Applications Engineering Manager. "Biamp app engineers will always be available via phone and through our on-site professional services. It's what we do."
