BEAVERTON, Oregon — Biamp Systems, a leading provider of innovative, networked media systems, today announced the promotion of Kiley Henner to director of customer experience. In his new role, Henner will oversee the company’s applications engineering, training/education, and customer service departments as Biamp® continues expanding its focus on providing an unrivalled customer experience and complete satisfaction.

This expanded responsibility is a natural fit as he works to make us an even stronger partner for our customers.”
